1. When will my order be sent?
All orders received before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. All orders received after this will be dispatched the next working day.
2. When can I expect to receive my order?
Although orders are usually received earlier than this, please allow the following:
UK buyers - 5 working days from dispatch*
Non UK buyers - 10 working days from dispatch*
We cannot guarantee delivery times unless you have chosen our expedited delivery service.

3. Do I need to edit my photos?
Don’t worry we will crop/resize/edit the photos for you to get the best result.
If possible please use photos where the main subject is fairly in the middle and not at the edges of a wide landscape photo or a very tall portrait photo.
We will always let you know if a photo is unsuitable.
If you are not sure you can
e-mail us the photos first and we can let you know if they will look ok.
Also to ensure the best finished result, please make sure your photos are of a good/high quality resolution.
4. Can I upload my photo and see what it will look before I make my purchase?
Unfortunately our site does not
have the facility to do that.
However if you e-mail the photo(s) to us before purchase, we will e-mail you back with a mock up of how your photo(s) will look in the frame(s), with any editing / re-sizing done for you.
5. What is your Returns Policy?
Every item we sell comes with
our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so you can buy with confidence.
If you want to return any
product, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund* or exchange.
Any returned items must be in
the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty goods must
be notified to us in writing (by e-mail) within 3 days of receipt and must not
have been used and will be refunded in full.
If you do need to return any
goods can you please e-mail us before doing so with the reason for your return.
We will refund you when the goods are received by us.

6. My item is damaged / incorrect, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the situation with the minimum of inconvenience to yourself.
